ORDERING

Below you will find information about ordering, pricing, and artwork. If you don't find your answer here, please feel free to call us, chat with us, send a message, or email. Our goal is to make the ordering and fulfillment process as easy as possible for you.

PRICING:
Prices are per piece based upon quantity ordered. For printing, prices include a one color, one location imprint unless otherwise indicated. Embroidery is priced by the number of stitches in the design (priced per 1000) and number of colors. Pricing is subject to change without prior notification. Additional charges may apply for additional colors. 

PRODUCTION TIME:
Normal production varies depending on the item. Contact us with your in-hands date. Most items can be produced in 10 working days. Many single color imprint items can be produced in 5 working days. Your order may have to ship via UPS 2-day or UPS overnight. You will be advised of this during order confirmation. 

RUSH ORDERS:
Rush service is available on most items for an extra charge. Rush service availability depends on the item, time of year, and other scheduling factors.

 PAYMENT TERMS:
50% of order is due as deposit before order is scheduled. Remaining balance is due upon pickup . We accept company checks, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Item prices do not include shipping charges. All orders are shipped FOB factory. All shipping charges are shown separately on the order and invoice.

 
OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS:
Due to the difficulty of manufacturing exact quantities with some products, 10% over or under quantities ordered must be considered fulfillment of order. This mostly applies to promo items

 

Artwork Requirements

  • Attach artwork to email and sent to: art@texastees.com

  • All electronic artwork must be in PC format.

  • Artwork can be accepted by email, or can be brought by the showroom on a flash drive.

  • The most compatible formats are CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator

  • For the two formats above, please convert all text to curves or outlines.

  • If you are using Canva, please save it as an pdf file and email it along with a list of fonts used.

  • Bitmap images (.jpg, .bmp, .tif, png) are acceptable in 300 dpi or larger. Lower resolution may not be usable, or may require artwork time.

  • Word files are acceptable for text only but please include the fonts.
